Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • International Shipping: 7-20 business days (depending on the destination)

International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied by their country.
  • Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds
